Saitou is kindhearted, compassionate and patient almost to a fault. He most often acts out of protective selflessness for his loved ones, new friends and sometimes toward even his enemies. Despite being a very powerful shinigami and thus capable of great violence, Saitou retains a childlike purity in the face of all his encountered horrors. He a very charismatic and charming person and can be quite eloquent if he feels like it. He is a man who cares deeply about the people who trust and support him and goes to great lengths to ensure their safety and well-being, even at the risk of his own. Having being blessed with considerable power,Saitou considers himself a protector to those without and acts accordingly, earning the staunch loyalty of his most trusted companions.
On occasions he can be quite an altruist, as he is quick to defend other people and take action if his friends are harmed; he also holds the belief that no matter what a person is like, they should never be prejudiced or exterminated simply because of who they are. This often causes him to befriend and defend the wrongfully feared and persecuted. Because of his unbiased and protective attitude, he is quick in making friends and allies with the most unlikely of individuals, such as street thugs and thieves.
Intellectually, Saitou possesses a genius level intellect. He is also very sharp-witted, being able to figure out the foe powers and gauge there power levels only after one of there attacks, he is an honor-bound man, and when he feels indebted to someone, he will go out of his way to repay that debt, even if this goes against his own personal best interest.ApperanceAppearance:
Saitou is a tall, lean and lanky man with striking blue eyes, and long black/purplish hair which he ties behind his head with a single piece of cloth. He wears the standard shinigami uniform along with a white scarf around his neck. The scarf is made from the silver-white, windflower light silk and is a family heirloom that is handed down from generation to generation and is given to each Hajime family head. It was gifted to him after he joined the academy. It is the only treasure that remains from the once wealthy Hajime family coffers and such the only inheritance he received from his family. His two katana are kept tucked into the sash wrapped around his waist. As a captain in the gotei, he also wears a blue colored haori with triangular patterns in white on the sleeves and edges.
When in the human world he is seen in a formal shirt and black trousers with a high collared jacket and a white scarf tied around his neck. He also carries a portable gigai with him at all times so as to be able to use it at a moments notice.Height:

Enigma- has long dark hair that he keeps combed back, down to the nape of his neck. He wears which he wears a dark worn out cloak, with a golden necklace warped around his arm, and many bandages covering his legs and upper body. , taking these off should show bone and muscles. The dilapidated condition of the structures exterior and the majority of its relative interior, the building actually houses a substantial yet meticulously concealed and well furnished room upon its third floor. It is two completely separate swords, existing as a daisho sword pair, consisting of a tachi and a wakizashi. They are very strong, and very light, easily enough to defeat people in sword battles. Shikai Description:
To release Enigma, He calls out Order or law which activates the shikai form. In its shikai Enigma hardly differs in appearance from its sealed state. the difference being that runes appeared over his blades and sash. It should be noted that his shikai blades does not need to be in his hands to use any of his shikai powers. Shikai Abilities:
Enchantment-Enigma is a Rule Type Zanpakuto. Saitou is able to enchant areas by surrounding them with reaitsu created runes. Whoever steps into the enchantment is forced to comply with rules that Saitou has set up beforehand or created on the spot. Due to the nature of his power, his enchantments are more suited for traps than actual combat. However, the enchantments which Saitou makes can be undone, People with knowledge of his power, some have been lately been seen to remove Saitou enchantments, simply from seeing him use them a lot. It should be noted that he can make a rule that well kill anyone. As these rules don't need to be said aloud unless Saitou wish's to tell them at the last second, giving him a slight edge in combat. He can write these runes with his mind, fingers, or even his blade to create more rules, if he so happens make another rule in the same area as another rune, the new rule is added to the old rules.
Apocalypse Toll- When this move is in effect, Saitou would pick one or both his blades to be covered in orange energy. When the blade or blades come in contact with anything, be it a person, or a item, a orange symbol shall appear 時
. When this symbol appears it shall go off the next post, meaning, if he hits someone, there next post after they been hit, it shall go off. When the post is up, and it goes off, a large blast shall happen, thou it can never kill, Saitou can remotely control the symbols that he plants on the ground, to give more of a surprise attack in groups or in solo combat. can be made 15 times in total on a single object, while only one 時
can be made on a person.
Sanmiittai- the only move that can kill, this one being the easiest to perform, by adding the blue symbol 翦 on either or to both his blades. allows Saitou to unleash considerably powerful purple/white energy waves, capable of creating medium sized fissures in the ground when fired. On impact enough to level a small building. Thou its range is limited to only 500 feet before becoming useless. Saitou can keep the energy wave inside his blade to enhance his cutting force, and fire it at a later time.Release:

Riariti-hō-Saitou Bankai is quite different than others due to the change being his body instead of his weapon or gaining white hair, and red eyes, his runes change color form purple to blue. his blades change slightly they each become longer by 20 cm, then all runes that where on the field, blades, on person, shall gather towards himself, spinning. The runes begins to spin as it releases spiritual energy. As it spins faster, the runes grows bigger and bigger until it's large enough to surround his body. The runes then splits into ten other glowing runes of similar size, that encircle saitou. With a flick of his hand, the runes go flying outwards and form a circular perimeter over a large area. Once in position, the ten runes begin to generate a void that grows in size until it creates a large runes form dome that's centered around Saitou body and is "anchored" to the ground with the ten main runes. Bankai Abilities:
Arc of Embodiment- The power of his bankai which allows him to control anything in the dome, to be used at his whim. He can change the sky with the ground, the buildings with water, truly anything in his dome can be change and formed at his whim. He can form traps and give a great edge in battle, like his shikai he can't kill with this power, as well he can't control other beings, only the area. The only being he is able to change, is himself, but not his full body, only things such as his arms and legs. Making him quite more dangerous in one on one battle. There is another limit is that in order to move the bankai he has to seal it, and then release it again, once sealed everything that happen in the dome, damage, created, change, is return to the state it was before he used bankai. He can still use Enchantment in the dome. Also Anything that has the power to manipulate/destroy space or time, can not happen when in the dome, this blocks use of Garganta as a example.
Sutorobo Kagayaku- An energy-beam attack fired from the tip of his blades that mimics a Cero very much in appearance and execution. Saitou beam is purple and sliver in coloration and is now used as one of his most recognizable signature attacks in bankai, while fired from the tip of the blades, it can not kill. It has no charge time and thus can be fired repeatedly for a machine gun effect. This move power is akin to menos cero, and speed is a akin to hunting rife.BackgroundHistory/Background:
Saitou was born into the Hajime family generations after it fell from grace. The once powerful family was by then in shambles and Saitou grew up in poverty with a family who seemed to care for nothing but a long ruined family name. He showed tremendous potential as a child and some even believed that he might have the ability to one day restore the name of the Hajime house. He entered the Shinō Academy and excelled at all his classes, graduating in a 100 year with top scores. He immediately joined the Gotei 13 where he was appointed to the 3rd Squad.
After that he quickly rose through the ranks and was made a seated officer in a few years time. He was ultimately appointed as the 4th seat of squad 3. As he worked he trained himself in mastering his shikai. He had a hard time understanding the limits of its power, as he tried to kill many hollows with the rules but never able to.
As time went on, he faced a much greater task the captain of squad 3 and other captains betrayed the gotei. He felt like he wasn't strong enough to stop them let alone face them. So he helped his squad with there duty's. Slowly taking time to listen more to his zan spirit, taking his hints, training himself for bankai, hopefully to fill in the gap his former captain made.
He unlocked bankai a few years later, it almost killed him but he at lest got his footing. He hid the fact he learned it for a while at lest. It wasn't till after the defeat of aizen brought a small chance of peace. After one year of silence, however, a new threat entered the halls - a new Vasto Lorde claimed the fortress as his own, and with him, the renewed Espada. Nobody really knows where these Arrancar come from - or why they are 'near-perfect' Arrancar, which should be impossible for natural ones. From there, a new group of individuals joined the events - Sugiura, a mutated and 'evolved' kind of Shinigami, together with their familiars who originally inhabited the Sugiura Lands - the Guardian Beasts, and their protectors, the Undead, human souls that fell between the rift of worlds and fused with a Guardian Beast. Saitou was apart of a small team to be sent into the hollow world to get any information on these new espada. His team was 8 man squad, they went in, but as they got there they where defeated just as easily, he escape back in the human world, in an place known as Berlin Germany, it wasn't a day later that the gates to his home where locked away.
As the single soul reaper in Berlin Germany, he took it upon himself to defend it, unleashing bankai at its full power, saying everyone, with his own powers he kept the city safe, just barely, they where times where he wound nearly pass out from overusing his powers to much, and in time the fates where reopen, upon returning home, he found out that the former captain commander had passed away, but news of his feet's and bankai that saved Berlin gave him and his family some fame once more. He heard a new captain commander was in charge a person called Dai.
Saitou followed and trusted Dai enough that he can do his job, when news of his efforts in Berlin where told to Dai, he was the first choice chosen for the newly formed Squad 14. With the new job as a captain, he made sure to place all his effort into doing what his commander wants with him. that job is to defend Berlin once more, this time with more help, before that, he trained a bit more, to prefect his skills and limits. Extra Abilites:
Expert Swordsmanship Specialist: While not masterful in swordsmanship as some other captains, Saitou is skilled enough to hold his own in a fight. His expertise with his Zanpakutō lies in his effective use of its abilities while its in either its Shikai or Bankai release states, rather than his swordsmanship skill. He relies on those abilities or his pre-planned strategies rather than actually engaging in melee combat with his opponent.
Master Strategist & Tactician: On more than a number of occasions Saitou has shown himself to be a very insightful and cunning man. Highly intuitive, he is quick to discern any incoming danger and react to it in time. Always thnking a few steps ahead, he is more than capable of deceiving both allies and enemies alike to reach his plan.
Hand to Hand Combatant: While preferring to finish his fights quickly with his Zanpakutō, Saitou is also a capable fighter unarmed as well, though nowhere near the level of true masters. While fighting offensively, he shows tremendous agility and dexterity, able to combine both sword and barehanded skills with little effort.
Increased Strength: Perhaps due to his years of fighting with his body, Saitou has a large degree of physical strength, most commonly displayed by his ability to fight back his opponent's attacks with a single blade or well placed unarmed strike.
Increased Durability: His great strength is complemented by his equally great durability. He is capable of ignoring most of the injuries he sustains in battle and is able to take large amounts of punishment.
Use of Kido- Saitou is quite skilled in kido, mixing them with his shikai and bankai powers to make them ever more dangerous. He can use Bakudō up to 81 without chants. and Hadō all the way up to 73, he is still trying to learn more kido, so he trains himself more in it.
