All characters in Bleach, apart from the few powerless ones, are better in certain aspects than others, train different parts of their fighting style, but in general, many fighters know every discipline at least a bit. But there are some who specialize in a certain area, or are simply born with extreme talent - those are The Extremes, the highest level achievable in a certain discipline of combat. You can train to be as good as them, maybe even reach them, but never surpass them. This right here is the list of the strongest fighters in a certain field - at least in theory. The list is split into canon and fan-made, so that we have more examples, and for fanmade, they are also split into races. Having a title on this list grants the user a title they can use, but don't have to.

for The most strategic I say Saitou Hajime fits in, as his power need to be more strategic than other Shinigami

The fastest for Zefonse since his dash are near flash step speed, and his attacks are all pure speed based, and he a Arrancar

I'm going to add most of those requests soon, but: Chisei is not the Lord of Strength. That title is for the physically strongest, I thought the title given by it pretty much gave it away. I guess I was wrong.

Same with David, I can't see how his physical strength is the best of the best.

For all Willpower-requests, none of those spots will be given out for now, you'll have to prove said willpower over the course of multiple RP threads. Thanks for your understanding. Furthermore, I'll let another admin decide over wether or not Heroism and Sync will be added to the list, as for fastest Shinigami, I'm pretty sure that spot is taken by Tsubine, though he seems to lack the time to apply for it. That spot will be left on hold for now, too.
