Personality: She's innocent. That's the real basis of Arcueid's personality. Everything about her psyche is derived from this basal innocence that this girl feels. Everything around her: sex, love, hate, everything, she is yet to see and discover. Her naivety about the modern world and it's qualms is so obvious, it's easy for people to take advantage of her and her personality. She's kind, giving and happy with everything that she's given.
She has no real idea of social norms and conventions, and is likely to submit to the will of someone who can convince her that what they're doing is right. However, if she finds that what she's being made to do is wrong, immoral or something that most people would rather avoid, she will drop the idea entirely... And quite possibly "drop" the person who caused her to believe as well. When she tries to defeat a target in her eyes, she is semi-ruthless; but she's more than capable of showing forgiveness, especially if the target that she is showing her anger towards has only offended her a single time. In fact, twice is her limit before she becomes wrathful enough to want to actually kill them.
She is extremely intelligent, to the point of being able to work out a single problem in her head within seconds. Unfortunately, this gives her a slight superiority complex over others, which she regularly needs to address to be able to talk with others properly. It has been claimed that she may have Aspergers syndrome, but it is highly unlikely, as she doesn't show all of the traits that one may have with this disorder.
There's also this quirky little mood that she'll enter occasionally, suddenly taking on more of a cat-like form to her appearance than before. In this mood, she's happier, yet wittier and quick to the draw. She's less likely to get angry and attack, and her powers are weaker. However, her reactions are much faster.

Natural Abilities
Techinques: Deepened Perception: Arcueid is heavily affected by adrenaline. When she is in the heat of battle, the adrenaline that is moving through her system affects the Reiatsu stream through her body - and causes her own perception of the world around her to slow down, at least in her eyes. She still views life in real-time, however there is something of a latency to what she views - and that means that everything that she sees is somewhat slower than you'd expect. Because of this, her reactions are far quicker than that of your average Sugiura.
Basal Precognition: Arcueid also has heightened senses - her hearing is sharper tuned, her sight is able to spot small quirks quickly, her senses of smell, touch and taste are also all sharper than a human. Also, it seems that she has a sixth sense, of sorts. She's able to realize the advent of a threat, and react to it before it's completely approached. This doesn't necessarily mean that she'll be able to stop the threat, it just means that she can prepare for it easier.
Regeneration: This ability allows Arcueid to be able to piece her body back together if she is cut into pieces. It can only be used once a thread, and takes both a lot of time, and a lot of energy. It requires three posts for Arc to be able to put herself back together; in this time she is able to talk to those around her, and tell where they are, but she is unable to make any actions. Once she has regenerated herself, she must try and regain her lost energy - she cannot use her Sacred releases, or any Sugiura magic for the rest of the thread.
Claws: The claws that are on the ends of Arcueid's fingers are imbued with Reiatsu, and are capable of clawing through stronger than normal defenses.
Explosive Claws: By imbuing her claws with Reiatsu, she is able to claw something and cause it to explode a second or so later. Unfortunately, if it has a source of Reiatsu on it's own, then the effect is nullified. The explosion is about the strength of a 33 Hado. One post use, two cooldown.
Magic: None
Sacred Weapon: Arcueid's Sacred is unusual. It takes the form of an aura that she can emit from her body. This aura is pure black, with white strips within, and is capable of changing shape to any that Arcuied chooses. The aura is incapable of harming anybody, but it is certainly possible to make it extremely scary, and demoralize the occasional enemy that she may not want to face.

Neco-Neco is a miniature version of Arcueid, with cat-ears and large eyes. She can only speak the word "Nyaah" and usually just bounces around. She is primitive and immature, and generally butts in where not wanted, actually being able to summon herself, without having Arcueid's permission. She isn't much of a fighter, but is able to share in Arc's manipulation of time.

Joushou:("Ascending")

Arcueid's Joushou form is called Tsukiakari (lit Moonlight). When in this form, her eyes suddenly change from red to yellow, and she begins emitting a constant pulse of Reiatsu. The diameter of this Reiatsu pulse is five meters (16 feet). Anybody within that range can be affected by the abilities of her Joushou.
Jikan no Nagare: The only ability of Arcueid's Joushou allows her to manipulate the time flow of anything within the Reiatsu pulse's range, aging it older or making it younger, even reversing it's creation... But that only lasts as long as it's within the pulse. Because this is a highly complex ability, it will need an example.

- e.g: A Cero is fired at Arcueid. She moves out of the way, and the Cero goes into the Reiatsu pulse. This Cero, as it exists within the pulse, is able to be manipulated. She can age the Cero to a point NEAR to where it becomes too old to sustain it's energies, or make it younger to the a point NEAR to where it never existed in the first place, or she can (and this is only with energy abilities) reverse it's creation within this small area, and render it null and void.
As for the complexities of this ability, all effects disappear once the target leaves the pulse area. This means that: if the target was aged to a 99-year old, he would return to his original age the moment his body left the pulse area, with no side effects. The same goes for energy-based attacks, in a sense, however this too is different.
Depending on the trajectory of the attack, and the shape, it will appear out the other side of the pulse area absolutely fine. If it's a continuous attack like a Cero, the attack will appear to simply go in one side, and appear out the other - dependent on how Arcueid manipulates the time flow within the pulse area. If it's a single attack like a Bala, it will appear to disappear into the field, and simply appear out the other side at the same speed and angle that it was fired in, with everything from arcing to obstacles included. In reality, what happens is that the attack goes through the stream, and continues at it's trajectory, it's movement not affected by aging; only it's physical structure affected - this only happens with energy attacks.
It does remain to be said that Arcueid is actually affected by her own ability, but only slightly... she ages at double or half the rate, depending on which way she's turned the clock. This change in her age is permanent - but once the ability has been returned to normal age, she retains her original rate of aging.
As for the amount that she can age or reverse an individual, she is able to do it to the point that they're their oldest, or the point that they're their youngest - without killing them. They retain almost all abilities and physical strength attributes, but their movement speed, defenses and physical appearances are lowered - their intelligence remains the same, and they are perfectly aware of what is going on around them. The moment they leave the aura, they return to normal. If a limb is outside the aura, that limb returns to normal, and so on, so forth.
It also needs to be said that this change in age within the aura is far from instantaneous. The change in age is gradual, and at a rate set by Arcueid - but it can never be instant. In fact, the fastest that the character's age can change is +/- 10 years per post (humans) and +/- 100 years per post (soul-based opponents).
Finally, death is actually impossible within Arcueid's Joushou - for any targets, at least. Because of their newfound space in the time flow, and the fact that they actually exist OUTSIDE of time while in there, they cannot die - because their bodies are returned to their original state in the present when they leave.
Zenou: ("Almighty")

Arcueid's Zenou form's name is "Red Arc". With this change, the whites of her eyes turn red, yet her irises stay at their golden hues. Her hair suddenly takes on a change as well, becoming more unkempt and wild. She retains her use of "Jikan no Nagare", however she can only use one ability at a time. The radius of her abilities increases to 10 meters (32 feet).
Teisoku Kōsoku: This is basically a more advanced form of Arcueid's Deepened Perception ability, allowing her to affect anything within the aura, and slow or boost their movements down to near nothing, or up to amazing heights. This causes them to not be able to use their abilities at the original speed - and again, it's completely modifiable by Arcuied, bottoming out at a minimum of 25% speed, and maximizing at 175%. Every physical attribute BUT the ones that are absolutely required for life are increased or decreased in speed (voice, etc.)

- e.g: An opponent enters her space, and tries to attack her. Arcueid can increase the speed at which time flows, and cause them to move faster, quite possibly having them crash into an obstacle of her choice - or she can reduce the time flow's speed, and simply move out of their path everytime they choose to attack.
The effect is the same on any abilities that enter this space - including, but not limited to,
- Regeneration
- Cero/Bala/Kidou
- Melee Attacks
As stated before, this is not all that this ability is limited to. It can affect most any types of abilities, unless the user depends on them for survival.
Arc is not effected by this ability - as she is the center-point, and not within this ability's radius. If the ability is created at a high speed and increased in speed, the creation speed increases, and vice versa.
And, as with her Joushou, it is impossible to die while in the Reiatsu aura.
Kyuu Kyou:("Ultimate")

The name of Arcueid's Kyuu Kyou is "Sekkekkyū no Tsuki" (lit. Moon of Red Blood). In this form, her body returns to normal, and all of the energy is returned to a large red moon that hangs over her head. This moon shines with a crimson light, bathing everything within 50 feet of it with the aforementioned light. Sadly, she loses her ability to fully manipulate time in this form - but gains a new ability, one that drops all guises and boundaries of abilities.
Jikan Suimin: - This is the only ability of Arcueid's Kyou Kyuu. Once someone has been engulfed in this light, they begin to feel drowsy, and eventually fall asleep. Once everyone within the range of this ability falls asleep - save for Arc, a barrier field goes up - it is completely indestructible, no matter what sort of ability is used to try and break it.
Once the barrier has been erected, Arc herself falls asleep, and the real ability begins. Every sleeping person enters a large dream world - one where they can do basically anything they want, to a limit. They still have access to their old abilities, but they are now faster, stronger, better defended - in fact, if you could put this into tier terms, they would, effectively, go up a single tier stand for as long as they were inside this "Dream World." (This isn't official, just showing it in tier terms)

In this "Dream World", anything and everything is possible, save for direct manipulation of one individual by another. This can turn into a duel to the death, or anything else, to make things specific - unfortunately, you are also unable to manipulate your own body, or create the visage of others. You may only create inanimate objects. The world's size is limited only by imaginations, and anything can be made, simply with a thought - this is akin to "Lucid Dreaming", except for the fact that not only are the victims basically conscious and awake, they also have no idea that they're dreaming.
Once in this world, a death is the same as waking up, the dying party waking back up in the real world... but unable to move. They are forced to lay there, and not make any actions until the dream is over for all parties.
Once this dream has ended, Arc's Kyuu Kyou is depleted, and she returns to her usual form, no injuries on any of the parties.
Alter Form
Alter Appearance: - Spoiler:
Alter Name: Archetype Moon
Alter Personality: Archetype Moon is the image of a sex-crazed, dirty-minded princess. She's high and mighty, yet not afraid to stoop down and literally get dirty. She'll lace her words with sexual innuendo, and flirt with anyone, no matter what gender or race they happen to be a member of.
Alter Powers: Due to nature of her abilities, Archetype Moon will only come out in Arcueid when she's using her "Jikan Suimin" ability, and is in the Dream World.
Dream Succubus: This ability affects a single target of Archetype Moon's choosing. The designated target will suddenly be taken to a small room within the Dream World - much akin to a Japanese "Love Hotel".

This target will then find themselves with a guest - someone of their choosing, in fact. The person that arrives is the person that they desire the most with all their heart and soul combined. And then, they will have the rest of the thread to do with that person what they wish. Note that it is a dream - however once the dream is over, the victim will find themselves physically satisfied somehow, and not know how. It still remains to be said, though, that and and all sexual acts performed will not effect the actual recipient in mind... Unless someone tells them the dream.
Past
Character Background:
Arcueid... doesn't remember much. Not about her past, anyways. Up until one hundred years ago, she has been in a sleep-state, below the buildings of the Sugiura Dimension. It's unknown why she was there - at least to those who do not know the story. But during this time, while she slept, she dreamed. She dreamed of a life that was not her's, and a world that she could make her own. And that was what she dreamed, up until she was released by forces unknown... there were a lot of unknowns in this woman's history, in fact.
However, once she was woken up, she was greeted by the rest of the Clan with disdain. It took her about five years to understand that they didn't like her, and another fifty to try and gain their trust back. However, when her trustworthiness was finally shown, she was accepted once more, and given a place within the Sugiura. She has spent the last fifty years working her way through the ranks - and she wants to prove herself once more.
Now, for what got her into this sleep-state in the first place? Well, that's simple. Arcueid was not always kind and naive. In fact, her mind once wrought havoc through the human world. She was one who would take humans, and toy with them for her own pleasure. Instead of killing her, like the Gotei 13 suggested, they decided to fix her. So they put her to sleep.
And for 800 years, she slept, and she dreamed, and she changed. So much so, that she became who she is today, and has a lot to get used to in this world.
